By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing 499ba, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies referenced herein. These terms form the entire agreement between you and 499ba with respect to your use of the platform.

If you are using 499ba on behalf of a business or organisation, you further represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms, and references to "you" in these terms include both you personally and that entity.

To register and use 499ba, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. 499ba reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited.

You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using the platform. You must not access 499ba from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.

Employees of 499ba, its affiliates, agents, suppliers, or any immediate family members of such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers. 499ba also reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion without being required to give reasons.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 499ba. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If a player is found to operate multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to engage in any of the following: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with or exploit the platform; (b) engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or fraud in connection with betting markets; (c) using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location; (d) attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 499ba's software, databases, or systems; (e) misrepresenting your identity or providing false information at any stage of your relationship with 499ba.

Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions above entitles 499ba to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and where appropriate refer the matter to law enforcement authorities. 499ba's determination of whether conduct is prohibited is final and binding.

All content on the 499ba platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 499ba or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 499ba platform or its content without the express written permission of 499ba. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. The 499ba brand name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used in any context without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499ba, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 499ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

499ba's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 499ba account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Upon termination, any remaining balance of genuine funds (after deducting bonus funds and any amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you through your registered payment method subject to completion of identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not waive 499ba's right to investigate any prior activity on your account and take appropriate action if misconduct is discovered after closure. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

499ba may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued access to or use of 499ba following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents 499ba from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm. Players in Bangladesh agree that by using this platform they submit to the personal jurisdiction of the relevant forums described herein.
